When tracking your shipment, please allow for 1 to 2 days for the tracking to update in the FedEx or USPS shipping system.

In what states is tax charged?

The tax rate and laws vary depending on the state that we ship to. The following states will be charged tax when placing orders on CoastHemp : SC

Can I modify my order after it has been placed?

If you’ve placed an order and would like to modify the items or shipping address, please call our Customer Care team at 888-433-4223.

If the order has not shipped, we may be able to modify the order. If the order has shipped, you will need to follow our return/exchange process.

What shipping methods do you offer?

  • Same Day Shipping
    Most orders placed before 1:00 pm ET will be shipped on the same business day. Most orders placed after 1:00 pm ET and on weekends and Holidays will be Shipped on the Next Business Day. If there is a delay longer than 3 Business days or if we are unable to ship an expedited order, we will do our best to contact you by email or phone.
  • Weekends and Holidays
    See Above. Orders placed on weekends and Holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
  • Optional Shipping Insurance
    We offer shipping Insurance for our customers convenience. Simply Insurance protects against lost, stolen or damaged shipments that wouldn't typically be covered by the merchant or shipping carrier. Claims process is easy and fees start at $2 per order. Totally Optional. Highly Recommended.
  • Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
    ** Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged a minimum $10 shipping upcharge for all shipping**

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is reported as lost in transit or damaged by the shipping carrier, we will provide a replacement and file a claim with the shipper.

If your package is shown as delivered by the carrier, however you did not receive it.

  • You purchased optional shipping insurance. We will do our best to provide you with a replacement or refund at our discretion for loss or damage.
  • You declined shipping insurance. We will generally be able to replace items that arrive damaged or broken. However we are typically not able to provide a replacement or refund of packages reported delivered by the carrier. We do our best to reduce the risk of package diversion by shipping items in plain envelopes or boxes. The shipping labels do not identify CoastalHemp as the shipper.
  • According to a poll conducted by C+R Research. 1 in 7 Americans reported being a victim of package theft in 2022. We highly recommend purchasing the optional shipping insurance at checkout.

Can you ship to my state?

State regulations regarding hemp derived products are constantly changing. We do our best to identify states that have restricted either some or all hemp derived products. Ultimately it is the responsibility of the consumer to know and adhere to the laws of their state. See a map below that illustrates some current restrictions. We do not claim that this Map is 100% accurate and suggest you check your state regulations before placing an order.

Our goal is to deliver the product to you as quickly as possible while maintaining fair shipping costs to our customers! Shipping charges are estimated based on weight and distance. We will determine the fastest method of delivery to you, either USPS Priority mail or FedEx.
